Yilian Marie is a 29-year-old uprising artist from Havana, Cuba. Her unique style of action painting is a classic, which influences modern art mainly with the idea that a work of art should clearly display the imprint of its creative process.
Yilian’s technique is based on the tradition of graphics through the use of a particular characteristic of engraving by integrating two creative processes by contrasting the pictorial and the graphic. Her work can be seen in over 17 exhibitions in Cuba and now here in the United States with Helios Fine Art.
